After the release & very positive reaction to last year’s ‘Tuning Echoes’ (their debut album) Mock & Toof have been flitting in & out of the studio in recent months forging ahead with new material. ‘Sleeper’ is the first
result of those sessions & will feature as part of an EP to be released in January 2012 on Tiny Sticks. The sound is deeper, dustier & more reflective but unmistakably Mock & Toof. Their anticipated second album should be ready by next summer.
 

The Big Chill festival has announced that it will host the Big Chill Radio stage for the first time this year, featuring a choice selection of DJs that will most definitely appeal to the Mixmag massive.

Along with live radio broadcasts, film screenings and new talent showcases, the Big Chill Radio stage will be graced by the likes of Alexis Taylor, Mock & Toof, Futureboogie, Gatto Fritto,Maurice Fulton and Kutmah.

The festival takes place on the weekend of August 5-7 and you can find out all about it on the Big Chill website.
